Teaching Old Dogs New Tricks is the Four County Library System’s version of Learning 2.0, a program developed by Helene Blowers when she was public services technology director at the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. Since its inauguration in 2006, more than 200 libraries worldwide have adopted the program for their own needs.
